The BSR Servo is a modular, nearline, rotary die cutting system designed in two major sizes.  The BSR 550 fits the B2 (20″×29″) inch sheet and the BSR 620 fits the B2+ (23″x29″) die cutting market. The modular nature of the machine allows for integration into other finishing systems as a step process. It also has the ability to integrate directly with other common MBO finishing modules such as folders, gluers, web sheeters and on-serters. This versatile machine is suited to many products including thin or thick sheets to be folded, scored, or embossed, pharma, packaging, label and digital printing, mailings, advertising supplements, booklet labels, folders, greeting cards, folding cartons labels and many other products in a one-up or multi-up production fashion. Unlike flatbed diecutters, the process does not require nicks in the sheet to hold the products together as the sheet moves through the machine. This allows the waste to be stripped out automatically producing a “nickless”, high quality product – which eliminates the need for further stripping or blanking labor. The magnetic flexible dies can thru-cut, kiss cut, perforate, crease and emboss and are widely available from many die tooling manufacturers.
